NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION
WEST CLINTON FIRE DISTRICT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Election of the West Clinton Fire District will take place on December 9, 2025, between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. at the Station #1 firehouse located at 219 Hollow Road, Staatsburg, New York for the following purposes:

To elect one (1) Fire District Commissioner for a five (5) year term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2030;

To elect one (1) Fire District Commissioner for the three (3) year balance of an unexpired term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2028; and

To elect one (1) Fire District Commissioner for the two (2) year balance of an unexpired term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2027.

All residents of the West Clinton Fire District, who are duly registered to vote with the Dutchess County Board of Elections on or before November 17, 2025 shall be entitled to vote at this election.

Any person desiring to have his or her name appear on the ballot for one of the above offices must have filed a written request, specifying the office by term expiration date for which the name should appear, with the Secretary of the Fire District not later than November 19, 2025.
