Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for a building addition and renovation located at West Clinton Fire Station #2, Town of Clinton, New York before 2:00 pm local standard time on the 8th day of August, 2019, for the following project. All bidders are required to prequalify to the requirements described in Document 000100 - Instructions to Bidders. Project Description: Scope of work will include an addition to the existing apparatus bays and exterior finishes, and the renovation of the existing toilet facilities at West Clinton Fire Station #2, 6 Long Pond Road in Town of Clinton, New York.
Documents may be obtained only by General Contract Bidders from the office of the Architect. Contact LMV Project Manager Keith Scofield at firstname.lastname@example.org . Documents will be issued via electronic transmission only in .pdf format. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 000100 - Instructions to Bidders. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
